How long will Nathan's Famous Rewards last?
Nathan's Famous Rewards runs from May 1, 2017 through April 20, 2018 or later if extended by Nathan's Famous, subject to the Terms and Conditions.
Shipping And Fulfillment Questions
How are items shipped?
Generally, rewards will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service. However, some items may be shipped via UPS. Rewards can be delivered to street addresses only; sorry, but we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
When can I expect to receive my reward?
Physical rewards will be shipped within 8-10 weeks from redemption, and digital rewards should arrive in your email in-box within 72 hours of redemption with further instructions for immediate use.
I still haven't received my reward and it's been longer than 10 weeks. What do I do?
In order to ensure that your order was processed, please make sure that you received a confirmation email from us after you redeemed for your reward.
Please contact us using the form below the FAQs, if you received a confirmation email from us, your account history indicates when you redeem tickets for the item, and it has been longer than 12 weeks and you still have not received your reward.
